Sorediózní forma druhu L. allophana se vyznačuje velmi podobnou ekologií a rozšířením. Zřejmě ale toleruje větší zástin, takže se častěji objevuje i ve světlých lesích. Problematické je rozlišování od velmi podobného a příbuzného taxonu L. impudens.
