Caloplaca coronata (Kremp. ex Körb.) J. Steiner

A crustose, sub-Mediterranean lichen with an orange granular thallus, now included in the genus Flavoplaca. It grows mainly on exposed, natural limestone rocks. From the Czech Republic, it is known from Český and Moravský kras (the Bohemian and Moravian Karst) and from the Pálava Hills. Furthermore, especially in Český kras and Pálava, it belongs to locally abundant species.
