Bryoria furcellata (Fr.) Brodo & D. Hawksw.

The rarest Bryoria species of the Czech Republic. There is only one report on its occurrence from 1996, from the glacial cirque of Plešné jezero lake. Although this species grows mainly on coniferous trees, for example in Scandinavian open pine forests, in the Šumava Mts it was reported on a rock. Besides the Alps, it’s a rare species in central Europe. In general, its range is circumpolar with a continental tendency.
