Lepraria caesioalba (B. de Lesd.) J.R.Laundon

The commonest member of the L. neglecta agg. and one of the most abundant saxicolous Lepraria species of the Czech Republic. It occurs on exposed siliceous rocks, moss cushions and acidic soil, less often also on tree bases and wood. The lichen is distributed worldwide and is common in central Europe. It can be found at any elevation in the Czech Republic. On some rock types, it may even belong to dominant species.
