A non-lichenized Thelocarpon species, rare in the Czech Republic. Known from wet bare soil of semi-anthropogenic (forest road) or anthropogenic origin (waste ponds, former quarry), but also from wet wood on a fen. For now, only recorded at lower elevations, but might also be expected in the mountains.
